Tip: On Firestick, hold the Home button on the remote → Settings → Display & Sounds → Audio → set to Stereo if your AV receiver is older. Prevents the rare audio drop.

How to Add a King of IPTV Playlist

King of IPTV sends two types of credentials after order activation:

• M3U URL — paste this exact URL into IBO Player's "Add M3U Playlist" field.
• Xtream Codes login — username, password, and host. Use the "Add Xtream Playlist" option on the IBO dashboard if you prefer this format.

Both methods load the identical channel lineup. We recommend M3U for first-time users.

Live TV Section — Tidy It Up

The Live TV tab in IBO Player can look chaotic at first — thousands of channels in one flat list. Use these tweaks:

• Filter by group: long-press a channel → Set Group → choose Canada Sports, Canada News, etc.
• Favourites: press the heart icon to add channels to your Favourites tab. Build your personal lineup in 5 minutes.
• Search: use the search field to type a channel name. Predictive results show instantly.
• Hide groups: if you don't watch certain regions, hide them via Settings → Categories.

Movies & Series Section

VOD content is organised into Movies and Series tabs. Both support genre filters, alphabetical sort, year filter, and rating sort. Series episodes are auto-grouped by season. Long-press any title to add to Watchlist.

How to Pay the IBO Player Licence

The IBO Player one-time licence is paid on the IBO dashboard (not on King of IPTV). It's a separate, low fee for the app itself. After payment, your MAC + Key combo unlocks the player permanently.

Dashboard Settings — What Matters

Network

Force a specific DNS (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8) for faster startup, especially on Firestick. Disable IPv6 if your ISP is flaky.

Parental Control

Set a 4-digit PIN to lock the Adult category (disabled by default on King of IPTV). Recommended for family households.

Check for Updates

IBO Player auto-checks weekly. Manually trigger from Settings → About → Check for Update.

Language

Switch UI language to English, French, Spanish, Arabic, or 30+ other options.

Common Issues & Fixes

• "Invalid playlist": double-check the M3U URL has no extra spaces. Re-copy from your activation email.
• Buffering on 4K: need at least 25 Mbps. Test with fast.com.
• App won't open after update: clear cache (Settings → Apps → IBO Player → Clear Cache).
• Device not activated: the MAC must be added on the dashboard before opening the app the second time.
