King of IPTV operates with a transparent, honest refund policy. This page explains exactly when refunds are issued, what's eligible, and how to submit a request. No surprises, no fine print buried at the bottom — that's the royal way.
All sales are final once an account has been activated. This is standard practice across digital subscription services because credentials cannot be "returned" once delivered. We are upfront about this before checkout, on the pricing page, and in the order confirmation email.
Despite the general policy, refunds are issued in the following specific cases:
If King of IPTV experiences a verified, continuous service outage exceeding 72 hours affecting your subscription, you are eligible for a pro-rata credit equal to the number of days of downtime. The credit is applied to your account, extending your subscription, or refunded to your original payment method at your choice.
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, the duplicate charge is refunded in full within 2–5 business days. No questions asked.
If you change your mind after payment but before we send your credentials, contact [email protected] immediately. We will issue a full refund. Once credentials are emailed, the service is considered delivered.
If your payment method was used without authorization, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We work with your bank to issue refunds and prevent future fraud.
Send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event with:
We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
We strongly request that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved within 24 hours through email or WhatsApp. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account termination and an investigation hold.
Reseller credit packs are non-refundable once activated except in the cases listed in Section 2. Unused credits remain valid for 24 months from purchase.
Our refund policy is simple because we believe in honest business. If something goes wrong on our end, we make it right. ♛
